		<description><![CDATA[I just use a 5 gallon bucket that I bought from a bakery. I keep the lid on it at all times and just for my own piece of mind, I stir in every time before I use it. This one batch has lasted me the whole month. 
It is so quick to make and the supplies needed so cheap and accessible that it is perfect for a SHTF scenario
